The Winding Way Townhomes offer a unique, supportive housing model that includes both permanent supportive housing and recovery resources. Developed in partnership with Radiant CDC, Winding Way provides a critical resource for residents experiencing substance use disorder (SUD) and other significant challenges. Phase 1 includes 22 townhomes currently under construction, with Phase 2 adding eight additional units, bringing the total to 30. Powerhouse CDC collaborates with Volunteers of America to offer on-site counseling, healthcare access, and recovery support, making Winding Way a comprehensive housing solution. This partnership with Radiant CDC ensures a holistic approach, integrating essential services so residents can build stable, healthy lives in a safe, supportive environment.
